Shiraz, a luxury double bedroom with en suite bathroom, completes the accommodation on offer at Blaauwheim Guesthouse. It is furnished in reds and gold and is exactly of the same standard of understated elegance as the two bigger suites.

This is the ideal retreat for weary corporate souls to recuperate. Shiraz offers a king size extra length bed with crisp 300TC cotton linen and a duvet filled with hypo-allergenic silk. It is also equipped with a bar fridge with honesty bar and tea/coffee making facilities. Flat screen TV with satellite TV, DVD player, fast free fibre Wi-Fi internet, digital safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board come standard. Step out on pure new wool carpets and admire the superb views of Helderberg.

The en suite bathroom has a bath and separate shower, "his" and "hers" basins, toilet and bidet. The heated towels, under floor heating, robes and slippers make for a great bathroom experience. A magnifying mirror and an electric shaver point have been added for your convenience.

Shiraz opens up to a private courtyard with a gazebo where you can sit in the evening breeze and enjoy your sundowner. A full South African breakfast is always included. Shiraz can accommodate only two guests.
